Felix

Felix is a tattoo artist, body piercer, and painter from Miami Florida. He is most commonly known for being the first human to tattoo on Mars. He helped open the most popular shop in Atlantis. Currently he is working on a time machine so he can get a tattoo from sailor Jerry himself.
